WIRELESS SET UP FOR SMALL HOTEL WITH 2 PASSWORDS

I would like to know how to set up my wireless internet in the hotel so that one will be for the hotel use only one for the public. It has been suggested that I can do this with an Access Point addition to my present system. Is this correct.
