Wireless Technologies that made the grade

Back in 2004, as a university lecturer, I had my students report on wireless technologies that were in the news at the time. What has happened to these technologies? Are they growing in acceptance, or dead? The technologies were:

1. Wireless USB
2. Ultrawideband
3. Zigbee
4. Bluetooth – Ok I know about this one, now in 3rd Generation.
5 Wimax.

I would appreciate your thoughts on this.
