wireless zero config issues

Hi there i have a problem with my own p.c i am running win xp sp3. ichanged my ISP from bt to sky. since then i wanted to se windows to look after my wireless network so when i started WZC in services it stopped after a few seconds.Really stumped on this one any help would be great.
