With ubuntu libre office writer?

I did something that now brings up a bunch of theme options and all i want is a blank sheet (clean document) to write on. How can I get rid of the thing taking up all that space).
On the left it says new theme below which it ask: backgrounds; bullets; homepage etc…

thank for your help for a simple person who appreciates simple uses for my ubuntu.
