Wix XP – turn on MS auto update

I receintly purchased a used system from my company but can’t get the MS auto-updates to turn on. Both options are grayed out.

I have researched and tried several things that did not resolve this but belive there is a group policy from the company that is preventing this.

Any ideas… anyone…?
