WMI namespace connection failure

I have a lot of problems with this one server. And it all comes down to WMI. I get this error every 5 minutes in event log: The MAD Monitoring thread was unable to read the state of the services, error ‘0x80070005’.

I also have group policy errors sometimes. When i check WMI, i can see that it have trouble connecting to win32 processor, and one more namespace.

I googled around for 4 weeks, triede a lot. nothing works.

What can i do ?
