WMIPRVSE.exe

Hello all,

One of my clients has 2 desktops (1 home and 1 work) both running XP pro SP3. On both, he has an issue where WMIPRVSE.exe consumes a huge percentage of CPU. I have looked all over for fixes and tried one hot fix that would not install because the PC had SP3.

does anyone know what the problem may be?
