won’t boot no screen

have a pc ddr 266 m841 motherboard when starting up no bios no screen and 8 beeps have tried different memory and JP1 jumper hopefully did it correct and have removed cmos battery for 8 hrs and still no boop. card has built in video & sound don’t know if I can jumped and use a diffent video card till problem is corrected.
