Word 2000

On one of my Dell Precisions when the user opens up a word document (or any other office document) the document starts to flicker. Then if he goes to print preview it crashes word. If I log on (as an administrator) I can open up the same document and I don’t have any problems. The system is running NT 4.0 with service pack 6a. The machine has 128 Mb of RAM. Dell support had me change the virtual memory. Any suggestions would be helpful. Dell believes the problem resides in the profiles however I can’t find any problems there.
