Word 2007 not printing text

Trying to Print a docx document has Titles borders and some underlining. The document was created in Word 2007. Print Preview displays the complete document with all text. When printed Borders, Titles and underlines are the only things that print. If converted to Word 2003 the document prints fine. Other documents also print fine from Word 2007.
