Hi Guys
Here’s a bit of a tricky one:-
Got a client PC that has been replaced, the old PC was running Office 2003 and has been used to create and save documents on the server.
We have replaced this machine for a new one with office 2007 on and when we try to print one of these older documents they print off with what i can only describe as a series of dots and dashes, they are only printing on the far right of the page ( they look like comb binding punches).
Test pages on the printer come out clean as do new documents made on the office 2007 PC.
The document comes out clean if printed to another printer and if emailed to other people and printed of on other machines.
As new documents and test pages come out fine on the printer i’m a bit lost as to where the problem lies. We’re not sure if this is a 2007 compatibility issue (we’ve installed the compatibility patch) or a printer issue.
Any help would be great.
Many Thanks
