Word 2013 / Outlook 2016 default template location issue

Hello,
I already use your accurate advice for the office softwares/tools.
But I could not fix the following issue.
Even when I change the default locations with:
File->Word Options then Save tab
then “Default personal templates location” : X:\Test
both templates “Normal.dotx” and “NormalEmail.dotx” continue to be saved on another location.
