Word 97 and NT print driver

I have recently converted several users’ PCs from Windows 98 to Windows NT workstation. I have noticed that the users can’t print more than 1 copy of a page using Word 97. They were able to print copies of the same page when they had Windows 98. We’re using HP LJ 5si with the latest NT drivers.

Any ideas why we can’t print more than one page?

We’re also using HP 4000TN and HP 4si and they are working fine.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
