Word and Track changes

When someone uses the track changes feature their user information, date and time appear in the screen tip when they hover the mouse over the change. The user does not want this information to appear when they send this document to someone else. You can turn off the screen tips feature, but that will only turn off that info at the user’s machine who turned it off. How can you turn this feature off for all viewers? Your answer is greatly appreciated.
