word doc duplicates tracked changes when i print

hi,
i have a word doc that has some tracked changes in it. heres and example:

(Novation Agreement – Affiliate) 1514

the “14” is striked out

when i print i get this
(Novation Agreement – Affiliate) 151514

the last 15 and 14 are striked out.

does anyone know why the extra 15 is added when i print to a printer or PDF? thanks
