Word Doc. Formats to a certian printer

The group of people Im working with are all on XP with Office 2k, One has a 4+ printer, one has a hp 5 , and 3 have HP 2200 dn printers. The problem is one of the users with a 2200 dn will create a word document and save it on a network drive. when another user with an older printer prints or views it all of the formatting is wrong. but the people with newer 2200 dn’s are fine. Is their anyway get the users with older printers a way to see the files correctly without having to buy some new printers.
