Word doument security

I want to make word douments into a type of file like a pdf but more secure as pdf can be opened by all sorts of programs

I want the file to be only printed and for it to have a bomb or expiry date after which it cannot be opened or printed

This file would be given to cleints outside our organisation to print for a set period
