Work help … any help?

I am the sole I.T. in my company that is spread over 3 states, with 150+ users and 15 stores. I am still hourly but my work load is 45+ hours a week. I was informed today that my hours are now cut to 32 a week. Any ideas on how to get Upper Management understand the amoount of work I have to do???
