work station with domain profile

Hi, I am having trouble with new computers after I join them to a domain and install the needed programs, when a user logs in with there profile the programs won’t either run or run with errors. If I give them administrator rights they all run perfectly. These users on older machines run the programs with normal user rights with no trouble. Any ideas, Thanks
