Workgroup Frustration

I cannot see one of my computers on my LAN Workgroup. I have verified the Workgroup name, IP Address, Can even ping it from other PC’s, can even Remote Desktop into it. In Windows Explorer and when using My Network Places, View Network Computers, I cannot see this particular PC. I even turned off Windows Firewall, Shared the C Folder but still cannot see this PC. Any advise?
