Working outside the UK

Hi,

I’ve been working in IT for around two and a half years and am looking for my next job change soon.

I really want to get work outside the UK, possibly in OZ or the US. Does anyone have any tips for getting started looking for jobs in these places, or links to any good IT job websites?

I’ve had a look myself but there are sooo many I don’t know where to start!

Unfortunately I have no contacts outside the UK, so if anyone knows of a country where it might be easier for me to find work i’d appreciate it!
