working with Win98 on Win2003 Domain

We are planning to upgrade the current NT domain to Windows 2003 domain. However, we’re concerned about the compatibility/security issues of those Windows 98 clients that we still use after the upgrade. I read a MS article about the workarounds to allow the legacy OS to work on Windows 2003 domain but would like to know some real life experience from you folks. Has anyone experienced this and how did you overcome it (besides upgrading the OS to XP)?
