workstation hitory file audit

I have a user that has abused network priveledges, which is reinforced by the workstations history file. short of running a print screen or cut-n-paste, can someone tell me how i can gather a complete directory listing of the history folder (for alldays and actual url’s). i used a couple of shareware programs that did not recognize the history file most likely because it was marked as a system folder and because it contained .dat files
