workstation screen reolution changes

We have a laptop running XP on a server 2000 network. When someone logs on for the first time the screen resolution is set to the highest level which makes everything very small. Each user can go in and change their settings, but I have to be there for most users, is there a way to set the resolution and have it stay that way for all users? Thanks Stuart
