WSUS

I am trying to setup my seperate Win 2003 server to run WSUS to update our PC’s. I am currently having problems with the PC’s being seen on the WSUS. I have configures the Active directory on my seperate Win 2003 Domain controller. Because I have the WSUS server seperate from the Domain controller I was wondering if this caused problems also.Help
