Wsus

Can anyone tell me what to do next after installing WSUS step by step………..
I am working in a company which was not a big organisation before but now its growing quickly and also the network is also becomin large, earlier we didn’t need Wsus but now its compulsory n i dnt know much about it i’v installed wsus but wt to do next i dnt know…?
so can anyone help me out of this problem…….as sooon as possible………
