WSUS : all system are not updating from wsus server

I have installed WSUS on WIN2K server, when I see computers status some updates are installed but some are not installed while in update status is showZ “needed” what can I do?
The second question is if I want that the system “xyz” check available updates and install them immediate how can i do this ?
