WSUS and .Net Framework Version 2

Is there a way to push out the new .net Framework Version 2 to Xp and Windows 2000 clients using a WSUS Server (Windows Software Update Services).
The new .net Framework 2 has been out for a while and it hasn’t pushed that that update out to my clients.
