WSUS disconnected network updates.

I have a group of servers that are off of the network for security reasons. I need to get all of the security updates and patches done. There is no internet or intranet connection to these servers. I have installed WSUS 3.0 on one of the domain controllers. I copied the updates from the WSUS server in our connected network. I also copied the metadata from it with wsusutil.exe. When I import the metadata the server thinks that no updates are downloaded. But, when I choose file information for an update I can see that the file exists. WSUS just doesn’t know it is there. Does anyone know how to make the disconnected WSUS see the update files?
