WSUS nightmare

I attempted to install a WSUS on windows server 2003 standard . It can a work a bite at the beginning until I have the following massages:

event id: 1310
event id : 7032

server error : the server may using a different port for ssl setting check IIS and contact network admin// this error appears

MS have nothing out there to solve my issues. Can
