WSUS out of space

I have WSUS 3.0 set up on a Vmware server with a local C drive and a E drive which points to a LUN on our EVA. I have pruned my WSUS settings to where it is only downloading the necessary packages for what I need. My E drive is 20 GB and already out of space. I found a place in WSUS where I can delete any unused or outdated updates so I selected that and waited for about 10 minutes while it did whatever it was doing. Once that process finsihed I still have not reclaimed my drive space back. Any ideas on this?
