WSUS problems after this weeks forced updates

My pc’s internally at work, get their updates from my WSUS server. A forced question came out Sunday from MS’s update site (I didn’t block it on my pc’s) asking to turn on auto updates. You had to choose something. Now my pc’s are looking back at MS and not my WSUS server? I still have the AD policy saying look at my WSUS server and use it.
