WSUS Server Installation

Hi All

I am trying to implement WSUS on my network, I have installed MSDE as a SQL Server, wehn running the WSUS setup I get an error saying a database server could not be detected. I have made an instance of a sql for this wsus, but to no avail, please help.Thanks
