WTA: XCOPY Command

hi… i have some questions to ask.
i have 2 different servers now. i need to do some backup files + folders from server A to Server B.

Any idea what is the command i should use? Eventually i tried on Xcopy command, and it works from same server, copy from 1 directory to another directory.. but i have no idea what is the command use from 1 server to another server.

any idea???
