wvc200 linksys ip camera setup

I bought wvc200 linksys ip camera and linksys router WRT54G2.I did port forwarding, camera has dynamic ip, I also setup the DDNS in TZO.
Everything looks fine I can only connect the camera locally typing public ip or the DDNS name but not from internet from outside. What I am doing wrong?

for example local network if I type
http://192.168.2.101:8080
or http://sumu.tzo.net:8080 I can connect to the cam but if I try from my friend’s house pc I can not connect. pl help
