Xerox Phaser 8500

Hey guys I have a Xerox Phaser 8500 here, I’ve searched and looked around online but could not find the answer. The printer is showing “Service Needed. Fault 37,008.44:59581” I called Xerox customer service but all they wanted to do was take it to some authorize repair shop. Anyone know what the code means?
