XP Client unable to get GPOs

I have a WinXP Pro client and it will not get the GPOs from the Win2000 DC. I have searched Technet and I have did the registry change (which enables Dfs client). It didn’t work. I have also removed and re-added the computer from the domain, it still doesn’t work. Any suggestions?

DC: Win2000 Server w/ SP4
Client: WinXP Pro w/ SP1
