XP Local Services

How do I get around enabling local services? There is a virus that has disabled all of my services; Help & Support, Web Client, Windows Installer, TC/IP for Internet, etc.

If you know of a virus that has disabled all local services, please let me know…Your help will be gladly appreciative.
