XP machine cannot browse internet?

Dear Members.

I have a windows Xp machine that is not able to browse the internet. i did change the IP and it went thtough but after 3 days, the problem resurfaced….my DNS is wotking well.

I can ping my gateway and my public IP but i cannot ping any other external addresses?

any help please?
