XP Network? NEW comp can see OLD; not vis versa.

I reformatted OLD & only thing not working is network. The OLD comp is on the NEW comp network but not vis versa. NEW comp can Ping OLD; but not vis versa. OLD comp is accessing the files on NEW, ALL I need is the print but I can’t set up the printer.

They worked together perfectly before the reformat. Darn reformat.
