XP/Outlook 2003; email stuck in outbox, can’t delete

Sent a 15mb email a week ago, which is too large for my server, and it’s stuck in outbox. Can’t delete by right-clicking or hitting delete icon on taskbar. Other emails sent and received just fine. How can I delete this email which Outlook is trying to send?
