XP Pro will not boot past ” Verifying DMI Pool Data”

I just purchased a Intel Pentium 4 with windows XP Pro. Everything worked great until I move the computer to another room. It now will not go past “verifying DMI data pool” it just recycles until I power down. The computer came with a recovery disk ( Symantic Ghost 7.5 ) I have never used this product before but I beleive I did a proper recovery (from image). After completion and rebooting nothing changes. HELP
