XPSP2 dropping Wireless connection

We have XPSP2 centrino laptops connecting via wifi to a Cisco Aironet WAP.
Every 8 – 10 minutes the connection drops and reconnects after 2 – 4 minutes. This cycle continues.
Any ideas as to how to stop this?
