Xsen server installation & existing windows 2003 virtualization

Presently deployed win2k3 active directory, dns with 5 terminal clients & ms virtual pc running on it for licensing.
Planning to virtualize the existing os using free xenserver.

The hardware is dell r710 raid 5 with 300gb scsi hdd and 16gb ram.

please guide me step by step process to do the same.
