xSeries 350

Has anyone had memory issues with the IBM xSeries 350. I keep receiving a 164 error – memory size has changed. Even though the same amount of memory is in there when I reboot it. IBM’s support site suggested either change the battery or RAM. I’ve done both. If I bypass the error, it’ll continue to the boot process and try to start Windows but it only hangs at progress bar.
Anyone have any experience with this server or have suggestions for possible solutions?
