yahoo chat room

Dear all:

I installed ISA Server on my system and I am able to enter yahoo chat room but my client unable to enter yahoo chat room and given error “Chat 2.0 doesn’t seem to be loading normally. You can:
Wait longer, or
Return to the front page.”

Please give me any advise
