Yahoo Chat Rooms Problem

I installed ISA Server on my system and I am not able to enter yahoo chat room but my client also are unable to enter yahoo chat room and given error chat rooms doesn’t seem to be loading normally. You can:
Wait longer, or
Return to the front page.”

Please give me any advise
