You can’t do this with Linux or OSX…

We were on a holiday… you probably noticed the silence and/or rise in general level of conversation :p
So, anyway, I ordered our ten old Window units to be replaced while we were away; new hardware, clean install. Airovents with silencers on all of them.
God damn it’s beautiful.
Only bad part is, that the whole house was cold to the core. We had all the radiators covered with plastic during the install, and obviously they had to have the walls open quite a lot.
Brrr…
Radiators were on maximum power, and it just had no effect. I almost had a Kirk-to-Scotty moment, but I decided that flushing the reactor core wouldn’t help the situation 😀
