I joined this site for one reason only. Technical information. I belong to numerous other sites for the same reasons. The difference being, the other sites I belong to I never went off topic… I.e., non-technical conversations.
Even though I have found some technical information on this site, it’s not enough to make up for the crap that I see in off topic threads here. Everyone is of strong opinion here, myself included. But, the focus of this site has been totally lost because of its off topic threads. I no longer come here to learn something new; I now only come here to argue crap that doesn’t advance my career.
It?s not worth it, the arguments aren?t worth it. And the knowledge gained be it on topic or not isn?t worth it.
Don?t worry, I won?t let the door hit me in the a$$.
