yum configuration in single system RHEL 5

Hi,

I dumped all RPM files in my /var/ftp/pub/server and i also configure the FTP server and i also configure the rhel-debuginfo.repo like

baseurl=ftp://system ip/pub/server
enable=1
but it showing some errors.

so please explain to me

How to configure the yum repo in a single system
